It was a hot Sunday here in Central Massachusetts and a great day for ice cream! We decided to take a ride to West Brookfield to check out Howard's Drive In. The ice cream was awesome and the prices were great!!! Well worth the trip. We didn't get a chance to try the fresh seafood or burgers, but we will be going back. There were tons of people there who all seemed to be enjoying their lunches.
And don't forget to bring your dog! They even serve a "Fido Special" which is a dog treat topped with soft serve ice cream for only $1.50.
So, the next time you are in the mood for ice cream, fried clams, lobster, barbecue chicken, burgers or hot dogs (and so much more) for great prices, take a drive out to Howard's Drive In!

For a few months now, we have been reading the book " Seven Levels of Communication: Go From Relationships to Referrals" by Michael Maher. In one of the chapters, the author suggests doing a housewarming party for all of your buyers after closing. I loved this idea and did my first housewarming party this past Saturday, July 16, 2011 for Missy Kramer. Mike Dutra of Shamrock Financial and LepLap co-sponsored the event with me.
Missy closed on her house in late May and we wanted to invite her friends, family and neighbors to see her new home and meet the real estate team that made it happen. The event was a huge success! I can't wait to do them for ALL of my buyers and the buyers of all my listings!!!
