Seven Levels of Communication: Go From Relationships to Referrals" by Michael Maher.  In one of the chapters, the author suggests doing a housewarming party for all of your buyers after closing.  I loved this idea and did my first housewarming party this past Saturday, July 16, 2011 for Missy Kramer.  Mike Dutra of Shamrock Financial and LepLap co-sponsored the event with me.

Missy closed on her house in late May and we wanted to invite her friends, family and neighbors to see her new home and meet the real estate team that made it happen.  The event was a huge success!  I can't wait to do them for ALL of my buyers and the buyers of all my listings!!!
